The only issue we had was a lack of communication as to when the team would arrive to deliver. Otherwise we are completely satisfied before leaving.”

I also want to recognize Donte in customer service. He went above and beyond to coordinate a pickup time that fit perfectly with my apartment move-out schedule, allowing the cleaners to arrive right after the movers finished. That coordination made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Donte even provided me with extra moving boxes, which was another thoughtful gesture that really helped. From beginning to end, the entire team was organized, accommodating, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Sami confirmed where everything goes as soon as they arrived. No wasting. The crew assessed the area, placed floor mats and took care wrapping everything. They made sure the correct items were moved and placed at the right spot. I appreciate that they asked when they were unsure. Great service! Will definitely use them again!”
