They worked incredibly hard all day, and despite the physically demanding work, they remained friendly, positive, and professional from start to finish. It's not easy to maintain such a pleasant attitude while doing such tough work, and I really appreciated how respectful and courteous they were throughout the move. I also want to recognize Donte in customer service. He went above and beyond to coordinate a pickup time that fit perfectly with my apartment move-out schedule, allowing the cleaners to arrive right after the movers finished. That coordination made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Donte even provided me with extra moving boxes, which was another thoughtful gesture that really helped. Sami confirmed where everything goes as soon as they arrived. No wasting. The crew assessed the area, placed floor mats and took care wrapping everything. We quote every long-distance move separately, and we don't bill by weight: the price depends on the volume of your belongings, the distance, and how much packing you'd like us to handle. You get a clear, written estimate up front, typically within about 4% of the final bill when you're packed and ready.
Do you move from Edmonton to Calgary?
Yes — Edmonton to Calgary is one of our most-travelled routes, and we run it in both directions. We also handle moves to Red Deer, Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, and across BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
How long does a long distance move take?
Within Alberta, most moves are completed in a single day — load in the morning, unload the same evening or next morning. Longer routes into BC or the prairies are scheduled with a firm delivery window before we book, so you're never left guessing.
Is my stuff covered on a long distance move?
Yes. Every move includes Basic Value Protection free, at $0.60 per pound per item, and optional valuation coverage, up to $100,000 per shipment, is available: ask when you book. Every piece of furniture is also pad-wrapped before it goes on the truck.
Can you store my belongings between homes?
Absolutely. If your move-out and move-in dates don't line up, we can hold your belongings in secure storage and deliver them when your new place is ready — one company, one point of contact, start to finish.
