They worked incredibly hard all day, and despite the physically demanding work, they remained friendly, positive, and professional from start to finish. It's not easy to maintain such a pleasant attitude while doing such tough work, and I really appreciated how respectful and courteous they were throughout the move. I also want to recognize Donte in customer service. He went above and beyond to coordinate a pickup time that fit perfectly with my apartment move-out schedule, allowing the cleaners to arrive right after the movers finished. That coordination made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Donte even provided me with extra moving boxes, which was another thoughtful gesture that really helped. Sami confirmed where everything goes as soon as they arrived. No wasting. The crew assessed the area, placed floor mats and took care wrapping everything. They made sure the correct items were moved and placed at the right spot. I appreciate that they asked when they were unsure. Great service! Will definitely use them again!”
